Fee Schedule We sometimes charge hourly fees. Each staff member keeps track of time spent, and bills at a predetermined rate . Unless other arrangements have been made, the hourly rates charged by each staff member are: Sam W. Boone Jr., Attorney $300.00/hr E.A.W. "Pan" Zettler, Attorney $250.00/hr Senior Legal Assistant $75.00 - $100.00 /hr Work is billed in segments of .1 hr., with a minimum of .25 hr. for each activity. Certain types of work (review and signing of annual accountings and tax returns, for example) may be charged at a flat rate to reflect the fact that they may require attorney review and/or be the culmination of a long period of individual, unbilled activities. Hourly fees are usually billed on a monthly basis. Flat Fees Some activities are usually charged at a flat rate , rather than hourly. This is intended to provide clients with certainty about the final fee, and to encourage clients to make contact as necessary (without worrying about increases in the bill for each contact). Our initial consultation fee of $ 300.00 will be waived if we perform any flat-fee services. In addition, we are willing to quote flat fees in most other cases. We will welcome your discussion of flat fees for individual cases. Contingency Fees In personal injury, wrongful death and stockbroker error and omission cases we charge on a contingency basis. While you remain liable for the costs (such as depositions, filing fees and related costs), you will pay nothing for legal fees unless we recover on your claim.   © Sam W.
